KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Olivet Nazarene University men's and women's track & field teams were recognized for their performance in the classroom as 17 total athletes were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes, the league office announced Wednesday.
Brett Hulliberger, Erik Richter, Noah Sears, and Payton Domagalski were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes on the men's team. On the women's side, Amelia Murray, Courtney Hall, Eleanor Fournier, Elise Champlin, Emma Betts, Hannah Antkoviak, Jacey Schickel, Kayla Mikottis, Lauren Smith, Lindsey Shouse, Olivia Earl, Tera Miller, and Tristyn Grube earned the honor.
In order to qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale and have attended one full year at the university. Click HERE for the full men's list of honorees and HERE for the full women's list of honorees.
