TIGERS OFFENSE ERUPTS - TIGERS TAKE BOTH GAMES

St. Ambrose (IA)Olivet Nazarene picked up a strong 9–7 win over St. Ambrose behind timely hitting and steady bullpen work. The Tigers jumped out early with a threerun first inning and never trailed, getting multihit performances from Andrew Mack, Alex Seaton, Quinn Rost, and Jude Coursey. Connor Janik delivered a key twoRBI single in the third as ONU built a 7–3 lead. Bryson Horning was excellent in relief, throwing 2.2 scoreless innings to earn the win, while Owen Roberts closed the door over the final 3.1 frames for the save. Despite a late ninthinning push from St. Ambrose, Olivet's offense and pitching depth proved too much as the Tigers took game one.

Olivet exploded offensively in a dominant 16–4 win over St. Ambrose, piling up big innings in the 2nd, 5th, and 6th to put the game out of reach. Landon Holt was unstoppable at the plate, driving in seven runs with two doubles and a pair of clutch swings that broke the game open. Troy Vosburgh added a homer and a two run double, while Alex Seaton and Jacob York each delivered multihit, multiRBI performances to fuel the attack. On the mound, Luke Shoven battled through 5.1 innings to earn the win, and Mason Armstrong closed the door with 1.2 scoreless frames. With 12 hits, eight walks, and relentless pressure on the bases, the Tigers controlled the game from the start and secured the series sweep against St. Ambrose.
