NO.19 ONU FINISHED SECOND AT THE CCAC CHAMPIONSHIPS

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – The No, 19 Olivet Nazarene University men's cross country team raced in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Championships at the Aspen Ridge Golf Course on a brisk Saturday morning.  The Tigers finished second behind St. Francis.  Saint Ambrose and Judson rounded out the top four finishers in the meet. 

 

Taylor Vallangeon led the Tigers with a fifth-place finish with a time of 25:44.45.  Boston Brooks then followed Vallangeon with a 15th place finish with a time of 26:36.52.  Nate Mayo and Joshua Scharpenberg then finished 18th and 20th with times of 26:53.22 and 27:03.25, respectively, to round out the top 20 finishers for the Tigers. 

 

Following Mayo and Scharpenberg was Andrew Morgan, Enrique Romo, Erik Richter, Hayden Colclasure, and Isaiah Dallal, who all finished in the top-30 for the Tigers.
