NO. 15 TIGERS RACE TO A TOP-10 FINISH AT THE NAIA GREAT LAKES XC CHALLENGE

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The No. 15 Olivet Nazarene University men's cross-country team hit the road and raced in the NAIA Great Lakes XC Challenge on Saturday morning. The Tigers finished in ninth out of 28 schools.

Taylor Vallengeon led the Tigers in the maroon race, which is the top race in the event. The Ohio native ran a time of 25:27.40, finishing in 38^th place. Hayden Colclasure followed Vallangeon with a time of 25:54.40 and finished in 63^rd place. Boston Brooks finished in a couple places behind Colclasure with a time of 25:55.80. Nate Mayo and Andrew Morgan rounded out the top-100 finishers as they finished in 72^nd and 91^st place, respectively.

In the white race, Payton Domagalski paced the Tigers with a 46^th place finish with a time of 27:25.40. Jacob Fryer and Flynn Prather followed close behind and finished in 65^th and 66^th place, respectively. Fryer clocked in a time of 27:39.60 and Prather crossed the finish line in 27:41.30. Caleb Inorio and Peyton Hobson rounded out the top-100 finishers for the Tigers with 97^th and 100^th place finishes. The Tigers finished 13^th in this race out of 40 schools.

The No. 15 Tigers host the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Championships at Aspen Ridge Golf Course on Saturday, November 6^th. The time is yet to be determined.
