BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – The Olivet Nazarene University women's Track and Field team hosted the Walter Cramer Invitational inside the Perry Fieldhouse on Saturday.
The Tigers saw great success in their relays. The best individual running finisher was Lauren Smith, who finished second in the 5000-meter run with a time of 19:23.64. The Tigers saw their dominance in the 4x400 meter relays. The team of Tera Miller, Madyson Rogers, Tristyn Grube, and Emma Betts won the race with a time of 4:10.20. The Tigers also placed third and fourth in the event. ONU also placed third in the 4x800 relay with a time of 10:00.12.
In the field events, Lynette Latocha got the Tigers rolling with a win the in the high jump with a mark of 1.60 meters. Then, Madeleine Robinson won the women's shot put with a mark of 13.29 meters. The Tigers saw seven top four finishers in the field events on the day.
