ONU TAKES ROAD LOSS AGAINST NO. 7 MARIAN

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Olivet Nazarene women's soccer program fell to the No. 7 Marian University Knights Saturday afternoon 5-1. Kelsey Bowling picked up her first goal of the season and the second of her career.

Marian built a hearty lead scoring three goals in the first thirty minutes of the match. The Knights held the large shot advantage 9-3 in the first half. MU took a 3-0 lead into the break.

Out of the intermission, the Tigers struck for the first time. Kelsey Bowling's unassisted goal in the 63rd minute cut the MU lead to two. The Knights had the response scoring two additional goals in the final 10 minutes to put the game away. ONU left Indianapolis with their second loss in as many games with the final score line of 5-1
