BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – The Olivet Nazarene University women's golf team is set to tee off the 2022 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship on Tuesday, May 24th through Friday, May 27th. The Tigers, coached by first-year head coach Mackenzie Brown, brings an experienced lineup to the Lincoln Park West Golf Course in Oklahoma City, Okla.
RECAP OF 2021 NAIA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Tigers finished as a team in 29th place with a final score of +75. Margaux Catafort- -Silva was the lone Tiger to advance to the third and fourth rounds of the Championship as she finished with a tied for 60th-place finish with a score of +25. Catafort- -Silva became the first Tiger in program history to make the cut for the final two rounds.
FIRST AND SECOND ROUND INFO
The Tigers are paired with Truett McConnell College and IU-East for the first two rounds. In the first round, the Tigers tee off at 1:10 p.m. on the 10th hole, while they start at the first hole in the second round with a tee-time of 8:20 a.m.

2021-22 SEASON RECAP
The Tigers had a great year on the course in the 2021-22 season. The Tigers placed in the top five in their final seven tournaments including winning their fourth-straight CCAC Championship and winning the CCAC Cup and ONU Bill Johnson Fall Intercollegiate.
Individually, Catafort- -Silva won the individual title at the ONU Bill Johnson Fall Intercollegiate, while also winning the Battle at Blackthorn and the at the CCAC Cup. The Tiger senior also had five top-five finishes in the fall and in the spring. Krahulik also had a very good season for the Tigers as she was the individual champion at the CCAC Championship on April 21-22. Additionally, Kiana had three other top-five finishes this season.
The rest of the lineup combined for six top-five finishes and six top-10 finishes. Jones, Grace Miller, and Hayhurst saw her best finishes at the CCAC Cup, where they finished in tied for second, tied for fifth and 10th, respectively. Liz Miller saw her best finish at the CCAC Championship where she finished in sixth place.
