BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Olivet Nazarene University pitcher Emily Blucker was selected by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) as the Pitcher of the Week as the organization announced its selections on Tuesday.  Blucker earned her first career Pitcher of the Week honor. 

A native of Galesburg, Ill., Blucker had a great week for the Tigers in the circle.  In her 20 innings worked, she surrendered 22 hits, three earned runs, and fanned 19 batters against only five walks.  Blucker went the distance twice and posted a record of 4-0.  Blucker struck out a season-high 10 batters in her 3-1 victory over Saint Ambrose on Saturday. 

This season, Blucker stands at a 6-1 record with a 3.32 ERA in 14 appearances.
