CHICAGO, Ill. – Following its best season in over a decade, the Olivet Nazarene University men's tennis team had three players selected to the 2025 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) All-Conference team, as the league office announced its postseason awards Tuesday.
Chatton Haws was one of six players named to the all-conference singles team, while the duo of Paul Saleh and Sanskar Choubey were selected as one of three all-CCAC doubles pairings.
A two-time CCAC Player of the Week, Haws earned his first distinction from the conference as a member of the singles team. The sophomore from Cedarburg, Wis., spent the entirety of the season at the No. 1 singles slot for the Tigers, posting a 13-5 record in top singles matches.
Haws also shined individually, making a deep run at the ITA Central-East Regional Championships and qualifying for the inaugural NAIA National Singles Championship. In the former event, he worked his way to the round of 16 after advancing via first-round bye then downing Missouri Baptist's Nicolas Sanchez in a 6-3, 7-6, 10-4 super tiebreaker win in the round of 32.
Saleh and Choubey both garnered all-CCAC recognition after posting a perfect 4-0 record as partners in the top conference doubles matches. The duo went 9-3 overall on the year and cracked the top 20 in the ITA Men's Tennis Doubles Rankings, reaching as high as No. 18 on April 24 after their second win over a ranked doubles opponent.
ONU ended the season with a 13-5 overall record, an eight-win improvement over last year, and reached the CCAC Tournament championship match.
