EVEN-PAR 72 NETS WEEKLY CCAC GOLF HONORS FOR MARIOTTI
CHICAGO, Ill. – Olivet Nazarene University's Lorenzo Mariotti (Italy) has been selected as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for the seven-day period ending March 26, the league office announced on Wednesday.
Mariotti shot even-par 72 at his team's own Spring Tiger Invite on Friday to claim the award. That enabled the freshman to finish in a tie for third place at the meet.
A total of 51 golfers representing nine schools made up the field with Olivet Nazarene placing second as a team.
